At The Sun & her Moon our lightworkers are trained by the One Love Foundation and are able to facilitate workshops in our community, raise awareness and host events for fundraising. Unhealthy relationship behavior often goes unrecognized, because we don’t have the tools to identify it. One Love’s workshops include captivating films and peer-to-peer discussions that open eyes and start life-changing conversations.

This workshop is designed to help you with loving ones self. It involves understanding what we hide and what we seek within ourselves so that we may cultivate self-love .You will leave with researched and tested exercises and techniques that you can incorporate into your daily life.

Self-love is complex. Sometimes it's undoing certain patterns, certain beliefs, behaviors, fighting negative thoughts. It involves healing and growth. Despite who you have in your life, whether it be your children or partner or spouse, you have to be there for yourself. You are the only one who can control your own mind, emotions and self-esteem. I know it's not easy but I promise you that if you do these consistently, you'll discover another level of beauty you never imagined.
